Series II of The Great Shift begins Spring 2012
Dear beautiful women, there is only one more call after Sunday, December 25th. This last call, in December 2011, is Part 16 of the Great Shift Series.
Our final call , Part 17 of The Great Shift, is an Open Call on January 8, 2012
There is no call on January 1st, 2012. Sunday, January 8th Is our final call of The Great Shift, and the close of Series I of SFQ The Inner Life Explorations.
Our call on Sunday, January, 8th, is a glad free gift and I hope you will join me! You are welcome to invite any friends or family to heal in the love and light of our Circle.
There will be:
- a 15 minute spiritual talk,
- 15 Minutes of Sharing what you feel the Great Shift has been for you in this Healing Circle and,
- a 45 minute closing meditation.
January through April, I will be working with Master Lin on wonderful new products and services for all our SFQ students and I sense deeply we will feel your loving energy as we share SFQ in many new cities around the world.
This circle encompasses women from Cost Rica to California, from Canada to New Zealand, to Australia, Britain and the Netherlands, Brussels and Greece, and across many states in the USA. Your gifts of Love and Light have uplifted, inspired, illumined, renewed, and transformed many conditions since we gathered in March! It is magnificent and awe-inspiring! Love never dies.
As a Circle of Love and Light in Action, let us keep directing our Pure Love and expand and expand!
Our SFQ Healing Circle for Awakening Women resumes in the Spring of 2012 with new SFQ insights on on day-to-day living from the Inside out, personal relationships, exploring new ways to Love, and much more.
It has been a great honor to be with you and witness a mighty expansion of Light to this earth, as every woman in this circle expresses her love, her kindness, her peace and her wellness.

Healing Circle Spiritual Study for Fall & Winter 2011
On September 4th, we began a journey to explore the magnificent high energies of our spiritual self. In every cell of our small universe, our physical body is love and light in action.
When we awaken to our higher energies of love and light in action, our physical universe transforms in magical ways. True healing takes place and we live in higher levels of wellness.
One of the great truths in a human life is to know with all your heart who you are as your physical self, beyond your emotional self, beyond your intellect and what it is you are here to give to life on earth.
In the remainder of 2011 and as we enter 2012, we explore our inherent nature to feel the higher resonance of these awakened energies within us. As we awaken, we become aware that these energies add light to our thoughts and combine with our unconditional love. The feeling of being separate falls away and we become consciously aware of our Oneness.
When we live from our heart, we trust our inner messages and take action with confidence in our guiding light.

December 4
As we begin this powerful month, there are a multitude of blessings from the universe. Opening our awareness to universal blessings and universal love is a great transforming presence. Feeling this universal presence within us, we are free to explore new possibilities and choices and expand our vision of what is possible in our life. We will explore the universal timeless nature and how we create with these high level energies.
December 11
Pure Beings of Love and Light are always at our call. In this session we explore what are known as the angelic realm of love and light. These enlightened emanations of light and energy are called different names in the many faiths around the world. In our Spring Forest Qigong practice, we can call upon these pure beings to assist us in our personal journey or while we facilitate others. Our awareness that they are ever waiting to assist us with our spiritual growth is an untold blessing awakened.
December 18
Often Master Lin and I ask you to call upon your Master's energy. When we do we are referring to those who are one hundred percent pure love, self-realized, enlightened and are supreme consciousness. Whether calling upon the Master's energy of love and consciousness is new to you or something you do every day, in this session, we will explore the Master's many gifts to our awakening and how every call we make is heard and answered. When we become aware of how much love there is for us in this high energy, there's an awakening that happens within us that there is never a need to worry or feel alone ever again.

On this night we explore Heaven within us and celebrate Being Heaven on Earth.

Month's Focus: Awakening Three Great Aspects Within Us

November 6
Within our heart center are three great aspects ~ Peace, which is our power, Love unconditional, and our Wisdom. As we become aware that Wisdom is awakened through our unconditional love, we discover that guidance, at this level, is from the Oneness of the universe. With your inner Wisdom you know all the answers are within you.
November 13
As we receive all our world and every action in it just as it is, and give all our love, without conditions, without judgment, to it, a freedom opens within us. We become aware that our unconditional love's power expresses itself though us to the degree that we are Peace. We explore our Peace.
November 20
As we live on this earth, there is a great releaser from pain and suffering and that is the action of forgiveness. Each of us lives our journey of awareness. When we choose not to judge what someone is doing or not doing we free ourselves and we free others. By being what we seek from others, we become what we want to see in our humanity. To free others, and ourselves we forgive knowing that any feeling of separation is just an illusion.
November 27
Unconditional Love, Peace and Wisdom is perfection. As we practice Spring Forest Qigong, we live in energy of good, better, best as we awaken. We let go of 'trying' to be perfect and let go of judgment. As we become more aware of the many actions of our trinity within us of Love, Wisdom and Peace, we experience its perfection within us in the most gentle and natural way and its Victory is expressed in our outer life. In this session we call forth Victory.

October 2
As you feel union with the universe, your conscious awareness of how big you are
is balanced with a deep knowing of your universal identity as a Soul. At
the foundation of your spiritual temple is your soul. I am awareness, I am
energy, I am love, I am light resonates deeply within me, "I am a soul." There
is no measuring of a Soul. You are life's longing for itself in individuality
and love's eternal self all in one.
October 9
The physical self resonates in every cell with your higher energies. As you
explore them, the vibration of all your cells, resonate with more of your energy
in conscious awareness. All sense of time falls away to union and
when you choose the silence to quiet your outer-self, to enter a state of being
called meditation, you enter into the Stillness of the universe.
October 16
Within the stillness of you, is purity. As you remember your stillness and
experience its peaceful power, you feel the energy within you say, " I am pure."
Your love, in a very compelling way, moves your outer life to purity so your
body is in synch with your new awareness of your unconditional love's pure
nature.
October 23
Happiness is wonderful energy in our human emotional life. Often we're happy
when things 'work out' the way we hoped they would or when someone has accomplished
or achieved a favorable outcome. In Spring Forest, as we experience our
unconditional love more and more, it's purity sings through us as pure Joy for
no reason at all. It's a blissful feeling bubbling from our heart center
calling us to ourselves uttering "I am joy."

This is a free and open call! I will be guiding a special meditation. You are
invited to share this call with all your friends and family and anyone you feel
would benefit. I'll be sending out an email announcement you are always welcome
to share.

September 4
We will begin from the beginning and explore resonating with the energy of
awakening. Awakening is an energy. I will guide as you explore the
'energy' of awakening which is opening the door of your heart center wider and
wider.
September 11
You, the door, your heart are all energy. However you visualize this energy is
how you see yourself, the door, and your heart. That is one way we perceive
ourselves. Another way is to let the energy show you instead. Let the
brilliance, the genius of yourself, your energy, show you everything you need to
know, "I am energy and I am its light, I am brilliant."
September 18
The door to your heart is a great gateway to the infinite cosmos of yourself.
Small universe of your physical world or large universe across space, we cross
the threshold of ourselves and know, "I am love. I am the same love that is the
entire universe."
September 25
Love has many colors in its all-pervading radiant nature. Each color, as a ray
of light, is singing its unique harmonic and energetic frequency within you and
throughout the universe. The Light and sound ray is love's communication, love's
guidance to our 'outer self'. Opening our heart center is feeling in at-one-ment
with the heart of the universe. As you feel you are one and the same, you are
aware:" I am light."
